Refund Policies

Thank you for choosing our real estate referral network services. We aim to provide you with exceptional value and assistance in your real estate business. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our one-time setup fee.

1. Monthly Fee:
– We charge a monthly fee of $79.99 which will be payable upon registration for our services. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with setting up your account and providing access to our referral network.

2. Refund Eligibility:

– Refund for the monthly fee is only applicable if the realtor don’t get any leads from Lead Lynx for the same month they paid for.

– Refunds will not be granted based on the quality or outcome of the leads provided, as long as we deliver the promised number of leads.

3. Refund Process:

– Please submit your refund request via email to our customer support team at support@theleadlynx.com, including relevant documentation.

– Once we receive your request and verify the provided documentation, we will review your case and initiate the refund process if you meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Refund Amount:

– If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, you will receive a refund of the monthly fee, minus any applicable transaction fees or administrative charges.

– The refund will be issued using the original payment method you used for the setup fee payment.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
– Refunds will not be granted for any reasons other than no service provided by lead lynx or lack of leads in a month paid by realtor.
– Refunds are not issued on the basis of quality or quantity of the leads, Lead Lynx can verify all the qualifying questions from the sellers in the call and call only, any change of heart, mind and any other factors that can result in not selling the property is not Lead Lynx’s responsibility and refunds can not be granted for these reasons.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy:
– We reserve the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through updates on our website.
