As soon as we start getting the submissions on the ads and we find the double verified prospects for you, We will start sending them your way. Setting up the ads in your area and make sure the algorithms can learn then area too can takea bout 7-14 days after you signup to start generating the leads.
How can I tell whether these services are good quality?
The seller has to go through the website and see what exactly they're submitting their information for. the Landing pages that we have clearly states that a realtor will contact them to help them sell the property and also provide them with a CMA report.
Why should I pay a signup fee?
We're not charging any upfront costs, one time fees, annual charges or any other hidden charges whatsoever. We simply charge a $80 small monthly fee for the leg work our team does to generate these leads for you. Also we don't even charge our realtors for the ads. All the cost is covered by us so that upon closing we can charge a 15% referral fee. We have setup a fair and secure module for realtors so they can breath easy and make money worry free.
How do you provide me these home sellers?
We simply share these leads with our realtors through emails and we also ask for updates about the leads over the email as well.
